| I highly doubt it..but what are the ingredients? If there is anything in there that is not on the induction list (starches are a likely ingredient), then no.

| Wait until after Induction, of course - but also please consider making it the "old-fashioned way" with unsweetened cocoa (3 total carbs per T). Unsweetened soymilk at 5 total carbs per cup might be fun to experiment with since heavy cream (6.6 carbs per cup) might be a bit much in lieu of milk - yet it still yields half the carbs per cup than half-and-half (10 grams). Hope this helps.

| Thanks girls, I read the ingredients and it said nothing about starch and the sugar it lists is Sucralose but it says 10 grams carbs! So I skipped it. That is way too much. your before and afters are awesome!!! Look at the definition in your legs!!
