| your daughter is a healthy weight for her height - maybe she needs some more carbs - she is very young and therefore prob quite active - is she taking vitamins? these are very important. |

| I personally dont think you should worry about ketostix, they dont work for most people. however it is always best to have a lighter shade, and the only way i know of to get them down is to dilute them with water. maybe her bodies wanting more water?

| My opinion is that because of her age her metabolism is much higher, especially if she is exercising regularly. I would definitely up her carbs. Maybe she should skip induction and go straight to OWL. I bet she will still lose the weight!
