| First of all. Whey Protein is not allowed during induction. It is allowed on the dairy rung. That said, I put whey protein, cream, water, and flax seed oil (otherwise the ratio is wayyyyy too high on the protein). As I move through the rungs, I add coconut (nut rung), berries (berry rung), greek yogurt (dairy rung) yum yum.

| Blend the following with one glass of water: -2 ice cubes -1 pk. Splenda -1 T. heavy whipping cream -1 T. sugar free (unsweetened) Hershey's cocoa powder. It's not exactly a "shake", but I like it, it's quick and easy, and didn't stall me or cause cravings. I had this maybe twice a week on induction as a treat after an expecially hard work-out. Once I moved into OWL, I occasionally subbed some of the Jell-O brand sugar-free pudding mix instead of the cocoa powder (butterscotch, chocolate, peppermint.) Disclaimer before I get flamed: YMMV. Don't drink this every day. Don't use it as a crutch to feed a chocolate or sweets addiction. If this causes cravings, it would be best to abstain. |
