| 5 times - 3 meals and 2 snacks for me. When i am hungry, I eat. I just don't over eat. |

| It depends on how busy I am and how well I've eaten during my meals. I do try for 3 meals daily, but sometimes, I'll have a snack in the afternoon.

| Usually three meals and one or two small snacks. I've gotten hooked on pumpkin and cinnamon for a snack in the evening. |

| Three meals and usually one snack at around 3pm, that is when my hunger kicks in and dinner is still too far off. I *could* eat again before bed, but I try not to, I drink 20 oz of water and try to stop eating at dinnertime.

| I eat my three meals. I am usually hungrier later in the day, so I try to save some food for after dinner but not too close to bedtime. I also snack (usually in the car on the way home from work) so that I can make the kids' supper without digging into the forbidden stuff! |

| I eat when I'm hungry! I always make sure to eat 3 meals, but if I'm hungry, I might have 1 or 2 snacks thrown in the mix.

| wow. i have to admit im not as hungry as i used to be now that im on atkins. so i only eat twice a day and once in a while ill snack. |

| Mike - be careful not to go more than 6 waking hours without eating 'something'. If not hungry then a small fat/protein/carb snack is fine
