| A 10-minute bonus workout from the DVD below is currently available via my DVR, and I tried it out recently. For several days, my abdominals were killing me - even all the way up to where a hook-front bra would fasten and all the way down and through the lower abdominals. Not to mention the obliques! It hits every spot imaginable, and is probably the most thorough ab workout I have done so far. ![]()

| I am a major advocate for Slim in 6. I have to say that it was the most effective weightloss program I have ever done. I am doing power 90 right now, also available through Beach Body. It seems a bit easier then Si6 but it works with my time constraints. If you want to shrink I would suggest using Slim in 6, I lost a ton of inches all over with the program. But keep in mind that it is not an easy workout. When I first started working out with those tapes my thighs were so sore I would whimper going up the stairs, after the first week or so you feel much better though so it's totally worth it. | I have the Slim in 6, and it's a great workout. I just get bored exercising indoors. I really would rather be outside. There are a lot of people on this board who've had amazing success with it. If you don't mind doing exercise videos, go for it!!!

| Slim in 6 is an amazing work out -I credit most of my inches lost to the program. Be warned - you will NOT lose weight, you may actually gain weight - while doing the program..... but.... you'll lose an amazing amount of inches. I think I lost 7 inches in my chest and 5 inches in my waist while I did the tapes. My abs got quite a bit of definition. (for all but the four inches just below my belly button you can actually see muscle - I'm still working on firming up those last four inches!!) Definately, Definately a good workout - not for the weak at heart. Make the commitment and do it- you won't regret it!

| ok...i am PUMPED!!! thanks for all your responses. i was talking to e, about it today and said that i read so much about so many different things that i really wanted some honest feedback from people who REALLY USED IT. with all these positive results i have to give it a try. he has promise to help with the evening slack so i will have the TIME....i don't care about boring...i can do ANYTHING for 6 weeks. i will try to do that + my elliptical.....the clock is ticking and if i start on may 1 (at the latest) i will get thru the 6 weeks well enough to have any dress alterations taken if necessary....i am SO EXCITED!!! |
