| There you go! It's about setting goals that are attainable. The goals you've set are all attainable. To exercise X number of days per week. To eat x number of carbs. Etc. It's also about picturing what you want and GOING FOR IT. The desire is there and the mechanism is there (the exercise) now it's just a matter of making it happen.
