| You're still down six or seven lbs, which is good. Don't fret too much about scale fluctuations. Scales can be really evil. Better to measure yourself and go by your "shrinkage". Remember that weight loss goes in ups and downs. Sometimes it's only a little thing that needs tweaking to kick start weight loss again.
