| I drink Chai Green Tea. It's SOOO good. I put a little cream and slenda in it. it's like a "no-no" drink. But there are so many good things in green tea. All those antioxidants. They keep you really healthy. Just remember not to drink it too close to bedtime. It has caffine in it.

| i drink the decaf green tea all the time. i don't know that i notice a difference in my health but i know the green tea is good me.

| I drink it too... mostly decaf but occasionally normal green tea. It's good and I feel healthy as a horse...but not sure if it's the green tea that keeps me that way... maybe it's more eating the Atkins way!

| I've been drinking decaf white tea. I keep reading that it's even healthier than green tea. I also just bought a detox tea, so I'll have to see what's up with that. |
