| Hi Jazlyn. Yes, it is always hard to break habits and start new ones...however if you make a plan to incorporate the new WOE including the exercise into your routine, you'll start to see the inches drop and your motivation will increase. One thing that really helps is to get active here with the people who understand. Everyone here is great at encouraging each other to make it happen. There is so many forums on health/life issues, challenges, journals, inspirational stories/photos and people who want to see you succeed. Write out the reasons you want to lose the weight, get a visual (or actual photo) of yourself at the size you want to be. Don't look back or compare yourself to anyone else, do it for you. You can do it, and we are all here for you! Keep us posted on your progress so we can help you celebrate your success.

| I agree with the others..If you post more and interact more we will be able to support you..Its hard to rely just on hubby who is probably losing weight quickly |
