| for the amount you have to lose those are outstanding results! WTG! As you dont have that much left to lose dont take too long before going through the rungs of OWL! you have to figure out what your body can and cant take!

| WTG! Induction results vary for each person. I think it has to do with your start weight. The most I lost on Induction was 15 lbs. I'm on Day 2 of Induction and I'm praying to get those same results. KUTGW and keep moving!
