| If you are eating 30-35g carbs per day and have incorporated more dairy, I'd say you are already in OWL. Did you add the extra veggies you want? If you are happy with those you could stay as you are until your weight is back to where you were. Don't rush OWL. It takes time to find which foods are triggers for you, but it's important for future maintenance. Try to take it slowly and enjoy each addition as it comes. Don't raise the carbs until you establish that you are still losing.
