| As with all food products that are not just meat, veggies, fruit etc you need to take a good look at the ingredients. If all the ingredients are listed on the allowed list of foods acceptable for induction then they are fine to eat on induction. Crystal Light: Look at the sweetener in the Crystal light and make sure it is on the allowed list before using it. and you will need to count each 'serving' as being one carb and as one of your 3 daily allowed servings of allowed sweetener. Endulge Bars: Make sure ALL the ingredients are on the allowed list. So if it contains milk, nuts, seeds, fruit, alcohol, soya, starches or grains it is NOT induction-legal (no matter what the packet label claims) and should be kept till you are on whichever rung of OWL allows ALL its ingredients.

| Crystal light doesn't stall me, HOWEVER I only have a small 8 oz glass daily with my dinner. By that point in the day I'm tired of water and need a little something more flavorful with my dinner. I wouldn't drink it all day though, the sweetener would really add up.

| I am in maintenance, and I treat the atkins bars like a candy bar. Something I will have once in a great while as a treat. I like to smuggle them in with me when I go to a movie.
