Default Too much fat, not enough calories??

I put my meals for today in Fitday and WOW I am at 68% fat for the day with only 1131 in calories. That is way wrong right?? The thing is, I am not hungry. I know I need to get those fats down (that's gonna be tough ) but what do I do about the calories if I'm truly not hungry? I guess once I lower the fats my appetite will increase?

My BMR is over what I've eaten today in calories and I exercised today....so I know I need to figure that out so I'm not undereating.

OWL is a LOT harder than I thought I'm on the berry rung, going up a level on Sunday if anyone has any good advice for me! As an example of a typical menu:

2 scrambled eggs (sometimes cooked with a tiny bit of butter, usually not)
3 slices bacon
2-3 cup salad
2 tbsp feta cheese
1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 cup chili (homemade with spices, tomato sauce, ground beef)
topped with 3 tbsp sour cream 2 oz cheddar

other days for dinner I may have grilled chicken marinated in italian dressing with a side of 1 cup of green beans with a pat of butter and lemon pepper, and some days I have a serving of walnuts or mixed nuts as a snack (I am good about weighing a serving on my food scale) or 1/2 cup strawberries in 3 tbsp heavy cream - whipped.

Thanks!

so if your fats at 68% what are your others at? sometimes a chicken drumstick can boost up your proteins and bring the fats right down - or if its carbs your lacking in, eat a couple more strawberries or some veggies.

Youre not to worry about calories, okay so they matter, but if you know your eating enough whats the huge deal? sometimes mine dont hit my bmr, but unless i stop losing im not going to worry about it.

I understand what your saying cos if you needed to get your calories up, the easiest way to do it is add something fatty right? but your percentages are already out...

just add something that you have around the house in and see how it sorts out your ratios, something proteiny, meat or fish.

Thanks Emma! I know we don't really need to worry about calories but given that I was feeling full and not hungry I was thinking I might have been eating more than realized. I was shocked to see how low it actually was lol!

I'll try adding some more protein in, maybe some eggs or lean chicken or something. I do love me fats - just not on my body Yesterday my carbs were at 6% and my protein at 26%....

Your fat percentage is high because you've added more fat. Remember during OWL, your fat intake should slightly lower. It's explained in more detail in the forum sticky thread, but basically

Rung 1 (More Induction Veggies), don't change your added fat intake from Induction.
Rung 2 (Dairy), you have to decrease your added fat to offset the fat from the 5 net carbs of Dairy foods you are now eating.
Rung 3 (Nuts/Seeds), again, decrease the added fat because nuts and seeds are high fat foods.
Rung 4 (Berries/Melons), don't change the amount of added fat from Rung 3. Berries and Melons are low to no fat foods, so if you add more fat to your diet, your fat percentage will increase.
