Would that hold true for weight loss? I know after induction you gradually raise your carb intake but would raising your carb level one or two days (good carbs of course) during the week and then dropping back down stimulate your system into dropping more weight?
Just a question from an impatient fat man

When you move to OWL, it's important to eat at the carb level in order to find your CCLL. Once you find it, you have an idea how many carbs you can eat and still lose weight. So, if you have a CCLL of 50 net carbs, that doesn't mean you have to eat 50 net carbs every single day. It means you can't eat more than 50 net carbs and still lose weight. If you ask the OWLers who know their CCLL, their daily carbs vary from the CCLL to 5-10 carbs lower than it over the course of a week. Doing this doesn't speed up or slow down their weight loss.
This is just my opinion, but I found that I got fat because I had a lot of unhealthy eating habits and because I didn't know what kind of foods were good for my body. Taking the time to correct these habits and finding the 'good' foods for me will help me keep this weight off when I reach my goal. And I want to do everything I can to prevent from losing weight again because losing weight is a hassle, imo.
