| wow congrats! There are definitely worst ways to cheat than weighing yourself. But I am guilty of it too. I just posted in another thread that I am having my husband lock the scales in the storage building tonight so I won't weigh myself anymore. (for awhile)Ah to be a size 8 again! I WILL I WILL.... Yea I got some boxer shorts as its my favorite lounging attire and they wouldn't even go over my hips but lately I've been able to get them all the way up even though they are a little TIGHT. lol that is my way of telling if I've lost anything I will just keep trying on those shorts until they are comfortable. |

| BE full of yourself! You deserve to be! I haven't had any desire to cheat either, just remembering my one pizza cheat and the after effects stops me cold. That just isn't worth it, and I hated knowing I was out of ketosis too.
