| All I would suggest is to print out a copy of the allowed foods list to have with you at all times for reference when choosing what to order and eat. There is a 'wallet sized' list amongst the stickiy threads of the 14-day induction forum which would be useful too.

| You should get fabulous fresh veggies in Greece... I'd load up on those; also terrific olive oil, feta cheese and olives... mediterranean fish is full of flavour compared to Atlantic fish too. Have a wonderful stay! The flavours, scents and scenery should be awesome.
