| Good for you! And really once you have real whipped cream, you won't want the fake stuff ever again! I used to eat cool whip when I "thought" I was doing Atkins--before I realized that you have to read the ingredients list to know if a food is legal or not. Fresh whipped cream is an awesome treat. You can add cocoa too, and make it chocolate-y. Just make sure you don't go over your daily allowance for heavy cream, and count the carbs in your totals for the cream (and cocoa if you use it).
