| yep me!! im a "sleep in til noon" kinda girl, always have been, i just LOVE my lie ins on a weekend... now i get agitated cos im automatically awake early, about 5-6 hours and im done, though it does make for longer weekends!!

| I dont have my afternoon NANA NAPS anymore ! Used to be exhausted in the afternoons...not anymore

| I used to nap all the time and feel sluggish (as tho I'd eaten a huge Thanksgiving Dinner). Now, I have lots of energy - don't take naps - sleep 5 hours every night and feel great.

| Before Atkins I was no stranger to sleeping 9 or 10 hours a night. Now I sleep 7 at a maximum, but usually 6 per night. It's a lot less, but the quality of sleep is so much better after losing weight that those 6 hours are easily equivalent to the 9-10 I was sleeping before. On the same note, since starting Atkins in Feb. 2006, I've become an ardent morning person. Never could have imagined that before, but I've got so much energy that I love being up with the sun and starting my day while the other 6 people I live with are still fast asleep. ~Far la bella figura!

| I have noticed I am sleeping less too.. I stayed out last night until 11:45..and I thought.. I will be dragging at 6.. I wanted to get up check my emails and leave by 8:15.. Well I woke up at 6 bouncing off the walls |
