| i think walking is great, and i personally recommended it over running becuase once you lose weight and you are lighter, its easier to start running! i dont use my car now. so it forces me to walk everywhere, i tend to average about 2-3 miles a day.

| I'll echo the others and say that walking, especially brisk walking, is great exercise! See, you've been exercising the whole time, after all! Don't you just love it how Atkins improved your life in ways you never expected? You sound so happy and pumped about it! Doh! You just had to bring up Sheila's books again, didn't you? <whine> I waaaaaaaant them! |
