| It can be dangerous to drink large quantities of water in one go...yes! To much water can be bad, lol. I doubt though that the amount you mean is enough to do damaged. Even so....it is far better to drink your water throughout the day...keeps your body constantly supplied......instead of the feast and famine effect of having it all in one go. Cathy XoXoX |

| Personally I would suggest that in the first instance and the first stages of the diet, the only thing you do drink is water. Plain old water. Drink it when ever you are thirsty and you all will be good. Shoot for your 2 litres (64oz) of the clear stuff a day, + an extra 8 oz for every 25lbs you have to lose. And it doesnt matter when you drink it either. Rich
