| Hi Welcome back to ADBB!It looks as if you are off to a good start ![]() As to veggies there is no need to eat them raw at all - all of the ones on the '2-cup list' can be cooked which would make them easier to chew - and in the extreme you could always puree them to make soup and sauces to put on top of meat!

| Hey there, Just picking up on the soup idea here .... can we use stock cubes, presumably they have carbs in? Or are we talking like veggie allowance & water?? I can feel a nice chicken and mushroom soup coming on!! LOL!! Jayney xx |

| Thank you so much, guys. I feel so much better now. I make an awesome chicken noodle soup (minus the homemade noodles this time). I boil a whole chicken with cut up celery, onions bell peppers and cabbage. Boil untill the chicken is done and then shred the chicken into the broth with vegies. So good. Will have to do that this week. Who says soup is only for winter time Thanks again, Susan |
