| Hi Kristy, Welcome to ADBB - Emma is right it does get easier. I would recommend - posting a menu in the 'Review my Menu' section so we can have a look at what you're eating. Sometimes people overdo the fat and start to feel queasy. Not everything needs to be friend, there are natural fats in avocao, add it in mayo, cheese, etc. If it's not that consider if you are eating enough variety. Don't just stick to the same old couple of meats and veggies - there are so many great foods to try that you might well love, even if you didn't before. If you aren't used to lots of veggies dress them up with butter, suitable dressing, blend them into sauces, etc to get them in |

| Welcome Kristy! Hang in there, it will get better. My whole second week I was disgusted at the mere thought of having to make dinner. Keep eating, even if it's just a snack. Have to keep that metabolism in full swing. The feeling lifted completely after that second week, so it's not permanent.
