| Your profile doesn't indicate if you are male or female. If a girl, well, you know the drill! Hormones and water gain are our friends (NOT!)! Regardless of gender, I agree with the posts above -- are you drinking enough water? Too much water (seriously, like all you do all day long is drinking water, constantly, with no breaks)? Enough fiber to keep things moving? Enough exercise? Too much exercise (just started exercising heavily)? So many things to consider. Definitely list your menu and your recent exercise. One of the super-mods will be around with more and better questions and advice! Good luck! Stacy

| Hi Slooknoo, well done on making it this far in your induction I agree with the great advice already given too, like posting a menu etc: Just for my two cents worth - when I started atkins, I gained 7lbs in the first 5 days of induction. I put it down to the extra water intake and also prior to starting to induction I was doing one of those "eat hardly anything, low fat, low calorie diets" - so my body was in shock I think lol By the end of the 14 days I had lost those 7lbs plus another 14 Hang in there, you can do it
