| My first bit of advice would be to drop the shakes. The are known to cause stalls in weight loss. My second bit of advice would be to check in the recipe forums and behold the wealth of fabulous recipes! You are sure to find something that will tickle your fancy. My third bit of advice is try to tame that sweet tooth a bit. Judging from your weight loss thusfar, I am guessing that you aren't on Induction anymore. Nevertheless, keeping that sweet tooth alive and kicking will make it hard to resist the sugar laden stuff when confronted with it. The best of success to you! |

| I find that if I just make sure I do not let myslef get "hungry" (that growling feeling), I can sty away from the sweets. I know there are some great recipes out there for allowable desserts. Good luck! |

| Why not eat something yummy and highfat instead of sweet? I found my sugar monster shrivelled up and disappeared after doing this.

| Ditto what Elizellen says... if you starve the sugar monster, it will die! Cheese and olives were my trusty allies in the early phases of this way of eating.

| Yeah, I've got a savage sweet tooth, but it does go away. meanwhile try this legal and delish pud. 1 tub of mascarpone cheese, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of splenda, mix together and yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. |

| I don't really like sweets, but if I'm craving them, I like to eat ricotta cheese with a little splash of davinci mixed in...or you can do splenda & vanilla extract. A little bit if pretty filling and very satisfying!

| Hi there. I do the diet jelly (I think you call it jello!) with double cream. Sometimes I thinly slice a few strawbs and set them in the jelly. Or make yourself a parfait: tall wine glass, allowable berries (my favs are strawbs and blackberries). Alternate layers of finely chopped red diet jelly, cream and berries. Finish with cream on top. Add a flamboyent spritz of squirty real cream. And top with a berry or just a sprinkle of grated low carb choc. Honestly, everyone in your family will want one. It kinda feels like a real desert because it looks just plain decadent. Luv to ya. |
