I dont believe they are sweetened. I thought they looked good but like you said at the appropriate rung. I didnt look too hard as I am not that into cereal, but wish I had as I am thinking they would make a mean muffin.

I have seen the coupon in my paper and they look pretty good but if you decide to try it read the box carefully

Well maybe next time you're at the store take a closer look. I love cereal but can't have it yet. I believe it's Rung 9, the last one. BTW, what part of the "blink your eyes and you'll miss it" are you from in Texas? LOL!

South Texas near Corpus, I need to change that but the town we just moved from was smaller then a 1 light town, you know 1 school 1 market. The town we live in now is a little bigger.

The highest rung ingredients are the wheat products. That means it will not be legal until Rung 9 (grains) of OWL.

The 1-2 carbs isn't 1-2 actual carbs it is 1-2 carbs on the diabetic exchange list. The Crunchy Raisin Cereal is 28 carbs then subtract 5 for the dietary fiber. http://www.glucerna.com/product/cereal.aspx
