Closet shopping is the best!! I loved going to my wardrobe and seeing what fitted me. Make sure you check regularly as I managed to miss out on several sizes on my way down from size 32 to my current 14 by not checking what fitted me!

50 pounds lost, old clothes fitting! 
I initially started trying to lose at 340, and I started Atkins at 307, now I'm 290...still so far to go, but I can do it! I am so much more motivated now that I made it to a milestone I set for myself. I've NEVER EVER done that before, I think I'm really ready this time for a BIG change. I've just had it with being fat, it just isn't any fun... My next goal is 260.
