| The key to moving into the rungs and being successful i believe is to measure and weigh everything and use fitday to keep track of things for you -- makes it so much easier. Straight after induction i had 6 weeks of losing nothing but i hung in there and sure enough things started up again -- be aware of this. I have had a few plateaus but i dont let that put me off as i feel terrific eating this way. You body will do things in its own time so you just have to get used to that. in the meantime ENJOY THE FOODS! I am sure you will be fine this time and if you start to feel overwhelmed come in here and we will all talk you through things! GOOD LUCK!

| He he ... it's the old, old story isn't it hon. Back to induction with you ... do pass go, but do not collect a choccie on the way. If you do the rungs 5g by 5g ---- very deliberately making sure your portions are correct, you'll be fine. Compared to WW ... Atkins is a doddle. Luv to ya.
