| I hit my one month about a week ago. I lost 15 pounds but no inches. I have allot to lose. About 100 pounds. |

| I lost about 11/12 lbs the first month and quite some inches. After 4 weeks people started to notice the physical change too. especially around my tummy. If you want a flatter tummy, I suggest that you do crunches. Join the abs challenge for August, but already start with crunches today. Weighing daily can be very frustrating. Weigh and measure yourself only once a week. Good luck girl

| I started with a lot more weight to lose than you and I had lost 35 pounds in around a month/month & 1/2 and it wasn't noticable at all!!! I started to think I was crazy and so did other people lol! People's eyes got all big when I said how much I lost cuz they couldn't tell! Try not to worry about having a flat stomach by a certain time...just know that everyday you eat this woe and exercise you are improving yourself and it will happen! |

| I cannot remember how many inches I lost in the first month, but weight wise, I was down approximately 10 pounds. Maybe a little more.
