| I bet you will be fine on your trip away. My advice is BE PREPARED. Make sure you have lots of legal things for you to eat and if you eat out dont be afraid to request your meal be atkinised . Its usually not a problem for a restaurant to do you a steakwith garlic butter and veges or grilled chicken ! Congratulations on your loss so far . Goodluck
