| Glad you're back! You can either go to extended induction or OWL. It's up to you. In the book Dr Atkins had some questions to check if you were ready to go to OWL. You might check them out and see what you think. Lots of people have great success going to OWL. You have to sooner or later to learn how to eat and stay on this WOL forever. You might prefer more choices if you've been really restricted on Kimkims. Keep posting, and I hope you do well.

| Yeah, I've heard some scary stuff about kimkins. Welcome back!!! You've probably been really restricted on carbs *and* fats the past couple of weeks (besides your cheats--which I can so understand. If I get too hungry, look out!). If it was me, I would maybe go back on induction for a week or so to kick the hunger monster out of the house for good and then get into OWL. And hey, did you ask for a refund from kimkins???
