| Hi Kristi For induction the percentages we aim for are as follows... 65 % calories from fat 30 % calories from Protein 5% calories from carbohydrates this sounds like a lot of fat but as fat is a calorie dense food you dont need to eat a huge amount of it to get to these percentages. ONce you get into OWL and start to add more carbs your fat percentage will come down. Hope this helps! goodluck
