Be Careful about Barbeque Sauce...

i eat steaks all the time and brisket.. and i used to always use barbeque sauce.. well untill i started the atkins i didn't know barbeque sauce had so many carbs.. it's like 11 grams per serving for some brands.. i think A1 steak sauce only has like 5g per serving.. but this almost got me the other day ..

And it has tons of sugar! I live in a small area and it's so hard to find low carb sugar free items.

All I use is Waldens Fams BBQ sauce. It's carb, calorie and sugar free (it says). It's in the diabetic/sugarfree section of the super market. This is what it looks like...
