| I am an on and off journaler. I use fitday, like you said it helps you to keep track. That is important in OWl for me

| I don't keep written track, but if I eat say something other than my normal veggies, meat, and cheese....like say the other day I had a chocolate truffle, the recipe says it's worth two carbs I keep that number in my head. If I have the cauliflower salad then I keep that number in my head and just keep adding, etc. |

| I switched to thedailyplate.com. I find it much easier than FitDay. It helps to journal or use one of the internet diaries, some days it's hard to keep up otherwise. It will also help as you move to OWL and are upping the carbs. Sounds like you're doing great!
