| Yes it is the same thing. Can you believe I've been doing Atkins like forever and yesterday was the very first time I tried one. They are absolutely delicous and really filling. oh, and they help with BM's. You go for it!

| Flax/linseed is allowed according to rule 12 in DANDR Quote:
For using flax as a regular ingredient in larger quantities you need to be on or past the nuts/seeds rung of OWL. Of course you also need to check the other ingredients of any recipe you are considering to make sure they all are 'legal' for your Atkins phase.
