| yes they'd still work, but you should be in the "traces" category do remember that ketostix dont work for everyone!

| Yes. But of course you dilute your ketones with water so dont be upset to see your color as pale pink Best thing is to use your stick first thing in the morning, when your water condition is relatively steady and more or less consistant every morning. |

| nope. you shouldnt test in a morning or after exercise, it could cause a false positive and yes a dark purple can mean you are dehydrated

| drinking more than 100 oz of water a day will lead to kidney damage. Your kidneys cannot process that much water in 24 hours. You're going to kill youself.
