| Jules, have you read the book? It sounds like you aren't eating enough veggie carbs, no matter what phase you are in. To figure out your calorie needs, first you need to check your BMR (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/), then adjust it based on your activity level with the Harris Benedict Equation (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-ca...dict-equation/). | Thanks for the info Adena. I will look at those links. I'm an extremely picky eater, but I'm trying to venture out........I've been working with a trainer at my gym, but she wants me to go off of Atkins and start eating like her........... |
