| I will usually workout first and then eat dinner. Just can't workout with a full stomach.

| I do whatever suits me that day, which means I change up. Usually though I tend to eat first b/c I feel like it gives me more energy to work out (especially if I'm feeling sluggish). But in the end regarding weight loss it doesn't make a difference, eat the calories than burn the ones you just ate or burn them first than put more in your body, comes out to same effect on weight loss. |

| Easy one for me! I train at 6:15am...so definitely no food beforehand! |

| I find it really difficult to train when I first wake up, so I usually eat something light and wait 30 minutes to an hour. I think I probably could train on an empty stomach (apparently it's a fantastic fat-burner) but I find that when I wake up I'm REALLY dehydrated and it takes me a good hour of sipping water to feel even remotely normal!

| If it's a resistance day, I roll out of bed, brush teeth, apply sunscreen, and head to the gym. If it's only abs and cardio, I take care of this at home by doing a 10-minute video, then the treadmill - but everything is always done prior to having breakfast. I don't want to think about having to do it once I leave the house - it's a drag!

| Come home from work. Start dinner for the hubby and kido and then head out the door. He usually finishes it off and serves himself and her while i'm gone. Then i come home and eat. But with this heat...it's really hard to do so. I had to choke down dinner last night.... |

| I eat dinner about 6 and don't get to start serious exerise until the kids are in bed around 8. By then I'm "digested" and it seems like the exercise helps get my metabolism revved back up. I have to make sure I finish up at least 2 hours before bedtime, though, or I'm too hyped up to get to sleep easily. |

| I like foojoy's routine! Especially since I'm doing the water challenge, finding the bathroom is ALWAYS my first priority! I workout in the morning once I get my daughter in the bathtub. I try to get started while I'm still half asleep, and it helps me to wake up. And it's on an empty stomach since I generally skip breakfast other than a few nibbles of cauliflower while I'm packing my daughter's lunch.
