Confession time...

Okay, I blew it the other day. With a combo of peri-meno and pms, I jumped into a dish of Hershey's Treasures my co-worker left in a common area at my job. I didn't just stop at one--no, not me! I ate about 9 of them.

My question: Do I have to go back on induction to get myself on track again? I've been a good girl since.

I'm truly ashamed of myself!!

Don't be ashamed. We've all been there (whether we want to admit it or not)I think it probaly depends on how long you've been on adkins and how much more you've got to lose. In my opinion (and that's all it is ) I'd go on induction for about a week or so. I'm sure others will have other opinions. The important thing is not to beat yourself up. 2 weeks after I started Atkins I had a huge bowl of ice cream. It was the best ice cream I ever had! But I haven't had a craving for ice cream since.
