| Dr. A says DO not count calories while in the induction phase. So stop worrying! I think you are doing a fine job. Yes the hot dogs are not so great but I've had them a time or two also, sometimes it's all you can have.

| The one cup eggs and the 6 peices of bacon is what made the calories so high. It's fine, though, if you needed it so I wouldn't worry about it. |

| ummm.. you drank your water, your carb count was under 20, and I'm guessing you don't feel hungry... so I'm saying you're ducky!

| You will find that your appetite will decrease and so will your calorie intake. Sometimes I even find it is difficult to eat enough calories now that I have hit my stride with this WOE. I confess I didn't have any idea of how many calories I was consuming during induction. Knowing my appetite I probably consumed even more that you did. That is why this is such a good way to lose weight. You are NOT suppose to be hungry. Keep up with the good work! |

| Don't worry about calories! Your menu looks great to me, keep up the good work. I'm so jealous that you're able to go to the movies and resist popcorn...I can't so no more movies for me |
