| Good Luck!! You'll be fine, just don't get frustrated and quit. If you feel like quitting, get on this bored and look at the before and after pics and that should keep you going...remember, you will get through weeks without weigh loss and then it will start again....if you cheat and screw up, get back up and start fresh... |

| headache wont kick in til at least tomorrow! you'll prolly feel pretty hungry today, its normal, dont worry! it will pass in about 3 days or so... post your menu later in the review my menu section to make sure your on track!! good luck!! though you wont need it!

| Good luck, derek! Hey, don't psyche yourself out by anticipate side-effects like headaches. You may not get them at all! Drink lots of water, eat your healthy meals, and watch your new self emerge. We're all here rooting for ya!

| went to the gym last night as well. 1/2 hour on the cross trainer and 1/2 hour on the recumbant bike. i found it quite easy, not sore this morning, its far to early to weigh myself but i have lost 1 lb. i wont go on the scales till next week or i will get obsessive with them. |
