| Hi cyberspacestar: My total cholesterol at a pre-employment physical in 1999 was 239. My last physical in July, total cholesterol 169. Hope that helps and have a great day!

| Yep... most people see a significant improvement in cholesterol levels.. BP numbers too... Dr. Atkins was a cardiologist before he became a weight loss expert. Blood sugar improves too. It's just plain healthy!
