| I'm no expert, but not on induction... when you get to the dairy rung you could make sugar free pudding probably, but check the carb count on the box. liz |

| I don't think you can have pudding on induction and I'm not sure what rung is appropriate. However, you want to steer away from low fat. I think it tends to have more sugar and more calories? I can't remember. But you want to stay away from low fat. And Liz is right, you need to check the carb and sugar count on the back of the box. |

| The low fat pudding is still going to have sugar in it, so the answer i'm afraid is no. Re the water, yes. Sparlking water is absolutely fine. I dont drink it, but thats because I dont like it. But plain old sparkling water is perfect. Make sure you don't have any of the flavoured ones though. Rich
