funny remark about the headaches

Some of the guys warned me that atkins is bad for you.


i mentioned i had a slight head-ache the other day,




the same guys went out to watch football and had 11 pints of lager last night!

and now have a head-ache.

And yes tell them Atkins is bad for you, it gets you healthy, thinner and keeps you sober and safe-lol
