| In induction you should be eating three cups of veggies a day (either three cups of salad veggies, or two cups salad and one cup "other" veggies... like cooked). It's a good idea to eat salad veggies that are more nutrient dense than lettuce, which is more or less just chewy water. Broccoli and cauliflower are both fine for induction.

| AS Sally has said - we can have 3 cups in total of the induction allowed veggies. Try to spread them out through the day too, to avoid having all your carbs at one time, which could give you blood sugar spike problems.

| I try to have some of my veggies with breakfast.. Peppers and onions in my eggs.. Then other veggies at lunch.. Then lettuce and what ever veggies I have left at dinner.. I do that because if I eat more veggies in the evening I crave more carbs that night. If I eat most of it during the day while I'm running around and working I don't have that problem.
