Should i wait till pre-maintence?

Doesn't it seem insane tho it could take months to loose all my weight and all the while i can only have strawberries raspberries sunflower seeds and a few other nuts added to my diet ion the on going weight loss. program What are your views? I mean why must i weight till i am 10 pds within my goal weight that could take months to eat like apples and watermelons and stuff. Ps i posted this before by weote in all wrong. thanks

Those foods are added during the On-Going Weight Loss (OWL) phase of Atkins. During OWL, those foods are added in 5 net carb amounts. During Pre-Maintenance the foods are added in 10 net carb amounts.

You may move to OWL Phase after you have completed the 14 Day Induction Phase.
