Long time, no ADBB!

I just wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone! I haven't been on ADBB for a few months, but am still on the Atkins wagon. I finished up my Master's, got engaged, and moved to Seoul, so I've been very busy. I think the move to Asia has done me good - I haven't weighed myself since I moved here in July, but in general people eat MUCH healthier/low carb here (as long as I stay away from the rice and noodles).

I hope everyone is well and is well on their way to goal. Now that I've settled down again, hopefully I'll have time to get on here more.

Aww, thanks. Yeah, I love Lewis Carroll and use "chase white rabbits" for a lot of things.

Sad I just missed the UK get together - I was in London for all of June and miss it much.
