| I think Atkins takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Your friend is wrong! I don't think people really know what atkins is until they start this wol. Anyway, congrats on the 20 lbs lost |

| I do consider Atkins to be the easy way out. I get to eat decadent foods, am never hungry, and absolutely love the healthy foods that I eat and have still lost well over 100 pounds and improved my health in so many ways, I could shout for joy!!! It's the easiest 'diet' I ever did! I have sooo many options and no card-board tasteless food in sight. Besides--she's just jealous! Congrats on your super success! Sunny!

| Congrats on the weight loss so far, and its probably more since you weighed in at night! Give yourself a nice pat on the back for passing up that snickers bar, you see that sticking is the right thing to do and the great results that come with it!
