| Don't do it!! It isn't worth it! You'll have a headache for 3 days detoxing those biscuits out of your system.If you are home now eat some protein right now. Take a hot shower or bath, put on your p.j.'s & relax. Chalk this up to a great experience...plan ahead & make sure you have Atkins friendly foods with you.

| are there any fast food places around that you could go grab a salad or a bunless burger? maybe enen a convienence store that might have some jerky and/or cheese?

| Hang in there I know what its like. I had a slight headache the first couple of days but I muscled through it and I've ended up losing 20.5 lbs in 25 days. You can do it too... My month isn't up yet. Don't forget a snack tomorrow... salad, cheese stick, anything but biscuits

| Try to plan ahead to be prepared for days like this... bring plenty of snacks and legal foods so you dont get caught out!

| thanks for the support guys i went to bed last night as i was so tired!! i am really prepared today, i have chicken salad really having brekkie now and bringing some cheese sticks!! lots of fast food place with about an hr of a queue!!! |

| Another good snack food I often take with me to a show if we are exhibiting is hard boiled eggs. Lots of fat, some protein and carbs in them.

| I look for the teachable moments in the ways we seem to think of ourselves last when we should be thinking of ourselves first. A drowing person can not save others. So, ask yourself what you could have done differently. I've carried snacks in my purse or briefcase feeling like a pack mule. I carry my own water so I'm not caught by the sugar filled drinks that may be options. It is about planning. When all else fails, hard boiled eggs and celery with some cream cheese travel easily and don't require much in the way of preparation. That seems to be my "go to snack" to hold me over until I can have something more nourishing.

| well i was so glad last night when the trade fair was over and then i came into work to listen to my WEAPON of a boss , she is doing my head in i have a headache and i am suprised i have not eaten a house full of chocolate!! i am going home now to collect my dog as he is after being neuteured and i am going to curl up for the evening and forget about all my stress before i go to the shop and buy it whole chocolate supply!! |
