| Carrots have a high spot on the glycemic index, meaning they have alot of carbs, natural sugars. They aren't allowed until the higher rungs of OWL. It's a no no until you get to that rung. SOrry....try celery in there and even tomato or green beans.

| I have found that Daikon (Chinese Radish) is a perfect replacement for carrots in pretty much all recipes. Turnip too.
