| How long have you been on Atkins? Are you on induction, and for how long? Unless you've lost no inches or weight for four weeks, your not stalled. My advice, just relax and keep on with what you are doing. The weigh didn't come on overnight, it won't come off overnight. |

| This is my second week!!Ok maybe i was jumping ahead a bit by saying that i stalled, just being working so hard and i do feel that i have lost inches!! |

| Scales are stupid. I have yet to buy a pair of pants with a weight requirement on the tag, but they darn sure have a waist size requirement. Inches are what REALLY count. Take your measurements now if you haven't already. Know that if the workouts are new to you, or you've changed up or added to your routine that it will cause you to retain water and lactic acid, which means the scale may not move for a bit. Again - WHO CARES?!! So stop jumping the gun. You're doing just fine.

| Don't worry... if your jeans are looser, then you're fine. It's inches that matter. Often the scales play a mean trick after the first losses, but they'll catch up soon. Too early for concern.

| This is very common in the second week or so - its just your body taking a breather and regrouping . After all -- a lot of things have changed for your body! Hang in there and enjoy your food and dont worry because things will start up again soon
